结合低碳经济低能耗、低排放、低污染的基本特点,从低碳经济的角度介绍了塘沽的生态园林建设,通过绿化美化环境的一系列方式使该地区的城市环境得到了有效的改善,从根本上实施了低碳经济方式,形成了低碳生活模式。

Combining with the basic characteristics of low-carbon economy, low power, low emissions, low pollution, this paper introduced the ecological landscape construction of Tanggu from low-carbon economy perspective, through a number of ways of greening and beautifying the environment to effectively improvement the urban environment in this region, fundamentally implemented a low-carbon economy mode to form a low- carbon lifestyle.
