摘要 目的探讨缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)在诊断急性心肌缺血中的应用。方法采用血清蛋白钴结合试验检测急性心肌缺血患者的IMA水平。检测120例急性心肌缺血患者2h内及30例正常健康对照组的血清IMA水平,结合患者临床资料进行分析。结果各组冠心病患者SA、UA和AMI与对照组相比较,血清IMA水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对ST段变化进行比较,两组IMA的结果有差异,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SA与UA两组患者ST段的压低或抬高对血清IMA的值没有影响。结论 IMA对于急性心肌缺血具有早期诊断意义,并可评估心绞痛患者的缺血严重程度。 Objective To discuss the role of ischemia modified albwmin ( IMA ) in early diagnosis of myocardial ischemia. Methods Albumin cobalt binding ( ACB ) method was used to detect blood serum IMA levels in 120 myocardial ischemia patients accepting later within 2 hours and 30 health adults ( control group ). Results The level of serum IMA incontrol group compared with SA group, UA group, AMI group is higher and there were significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). According to the diffent of electrocardiogram, the myocardial is patients ( SA, UA ) were divided into slight and serious myocardial ischemia group, but there were no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion IMA can be used in early diagnosis of acute myocardial ischemia and evaluation the degree of myocardial ischemia in angina pectoris patients.
