自体骨髓干细胞移植对肝硬化患者的白蛋白及肝细胞生长因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗肝硬化患者促进肝细胞再生及改善肝功能的机制,并同成人新鲜血浆的疗效进行比较。方法 40例肝硬化患者分为两组,一组采用自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗,另一组采用成人新鲜血浆治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后肝功能指标、肝细胞生长因子、白细胞、血小板的变化并进行比较。结果自体骨髓干细胞移植在改善肝脏功能、促进肝细胞再生、提升免疫功能的疗效明显优于成人新鲜血浆。结论自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗肝硬化,可提高白蛋白及肝细胞生长因子的合成、分泌,促进肝细胞损伤的修复,使肝硬化的症状得到改善。 Objective To discuss the mechamism of inducing cell regeneration and improving liver function by treatment tor pannems with hepatic cirrhosis by transplantation of autologous bone marrow derived stem ceils, and compare with treatment effect of human fresh plasma. Methods Fourty examples patients were divided into two groups, one group adopted autologous bone marrow derived stem cells, and another group adopted human fresh plasma treatment. Results The group treated with autologous bone marrow derived stem cells was better than the group that was treated with human fresh plasma on improving liver function, inducing liver cell regeneration, promoting immune function. Conclusion Autologous marrow derived stem cells can treat the cirrhosis patients by improving composition and secretion of ALB and HGF, improving regeneration of liver cell and symptoms of hepatic cirrhosis.
