摘要 目的探讨危重新生儿院内感染发生的危险因素。方法回顾性分析本院2007年2月~2010年3月危重新生儿196例,对患者的性别、出生体重、5minApgar评分、是否进行中心静脉置管、机械通气、严重合并症、低蛋白血症、住院时间等各项指标进行统计,并进行Logistic多元回归分析。结果危重新生儿196例中发生感染者29例,感染率为14.8%。在所观察的因素中5minApgar评分、出生体重、中心静脉置管、机械通气因素与危重症患儿院内感染存在相关性(P〈0.05);性别、严重合并症、低蛋白血症、住院时间与危重症患儿院内感染无相关性(P〉0.05)。结论5minApgar评分、出生体重、中心静脉置管、机械通气是危重症患儿院内感染的危险因素,应作为控制感染的重点监管对象,同时应加强医务人员的防范意识和医院的防范措施,从而为患者的早期恢复提供条件。 Objective To investigate the risk factors of infections in patients at neonatal intensive care unit ( NICU ). Methods Retrospective analysis of 196 patients was performed from February 2007 to March 2010. All kinds of situations were investigated and multivariate regression analysis was conducted. Results Twenty-nine cases were infected in 196 patients.Apgar scores at 5minutes, mechanical ventilation, birth weight and central venous catheters had connected with infection in patients (P 〈 0.05 ).Sex, severe complications, hypoproteinemia and hospital stay haven' t connected with infection in patients (P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion Apgar scores at 5minutes, mechanical ventilation, birth weight and central venous catheters were high risk factors in patients at NICU.
