胸部CT表现对急性胰腺炎的严重程度评估的价值

Value of Thoracic Multi-slice Spiral CT Expression in Evaluating the Severity of Acute Pancreatitis

目的回顾性分析急性胰腺炎患者胸部CT表现对其严重程度的评估价值。方法收集85例急性胰腺炎患者胸部及胰腺CT,按照Balthazar分级标准研究胸部CT异常在其不同级别的分布。结果 85例急性胰腺炎患者中有46例出现胸部并发症,CT严重指数(CTSI)一级、二级、三级分别为25.00%、53.57%、92.00%。结论急性胰腺炎患者胸部表现可作为辅助诊断指标之一,对急性胰腺炎的严重程度有指导意义。

Objective To analyze retrospectively the CT expression about thoracic complications and the value in evaluating the severity of acute pancreatitis. Methods Collected 85 cases of acute pancreatitis and pancreatic thoracic CT, according to Balthazar grade standards of the thoracic CT abnormalities in their different levels of distribution. Results In 85 patients with acute pancreatitis, 46 patients had thoracic complications, CT severity index （CTSI） 1,2,3 were 25.00%, 53.57%, 92.00%. Conclusion The chest performance of patients with acute chest can be used as auxiliary diagnostic indicator. It provides an instruction for the severity of acute pancreatitis.
