摘要 目的观察异氟醚低流量循环紧闭麻醉的临床麻醉效果。方法选取我院自2009年1~12月收治的126例ASAI-Ⅱ期择期腹部手术患者,随机分为观察组(低流量组)和对照组(高流量组)各63例,观察两组患者的麻醉效果。结果两组患者诱导期、维持期的FA、FA/FI的变化比较差异不大,但拔管清醒时间比较具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论异氟醚低流量循环紧闭麻醉与高流量比较麻醉效果相似,但安全性更高。 Objective To explore the effect of closed anesthesia by isoflurane low flow circulation Methods In our hospital from January 2009 to 12 months 126 patients were admitted ASAI - II of elective abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups ( low-flow group ) and control group ( high-flow group ) 63 cases in each, and were observed anesthetic effects. Results The patients induction, maintenance of the FA, FA/FI little difference in the change, but the time difference between awake extubation was significantly (P 〈 0.05. ) with statistical significance. Conclusion The low-flow isoflurane anesthesia closed loop anesthetic effect compared with similar high traffic, but more secure.
