负压吸引清洁法预防沾染切口感染

Effects of the Cleaning Method of Negative Pressure Drainage for Preventing Infection of Type Ⅱ Incision

目的探讨负压吸引清洁法预防沾染切口感染的效果。方法 965例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用灭菌生理盐水行常规切口冲洗、清洁,治疗组在此基础上用负压吸引清洁法进一步清洁切口,对比两组切口情况及抗生素使用时间。结果治疗组的切口感染率、抗生素使用时间、切口愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论负压吸引清洁法可以显著降低沾染切口的感染率、缩短抗生素的使用时间。

Objective To investigate the effects of the cleaning type II incision. Methods 965 cases were randomly divided into method of negative pressure drainage for preventing infection of treatment group and control group, both groups used sterilization physiological saline wash clean conventional incision line, in this base treatment group had been cleaned the incision by using method of negative pressure drainage, to analyze the incision infection rates, the incision status and the times of using antibiotics. Results The incision infection rates, the times of using antibiotics and the incision status in the treatment group were more superior than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion The cleaning method of negative pressure drainage can obviously reduce the incision infection rates and the times of using antibiotics.
