非理性消费:区域经济冲击和治理

Irrationai Consumption——Shocks and Governance to Regional Economic

转型经济时期,居民非理性消费对经济增长的冲击和影响是巨大的。非理性消费既存在过度消费理念,又存在节俭消费理念,二者在消费行为选择上存在较大的差异,对经济的冲击和影响结果是不同的:一方面会造成社会消费行为扭曲,产生资源的浪费,另一方面对经济稳定增长带来一定的负面作用。本文从我国转型经济出发,利用西部部分省份居民消费数据,讨论非理性消费行为的特征和对区域经济效应。研究表明,在中西部地区,尽管居民消费观念落后,但社会转型中这种非理性消费对区域经济增长具有一定的冲击和影响,成为影响区域经济均衡发展的力量之一。并以此为基础在政策治理上提出若干建议。

Mature market economy needs a stable consumption,but the economic system in transition,excessive thrift con-sumer –oriented philosophy that consumers underestimate consumption savings,and comparisons of consumer vanity com-cept of consumption has led to neglect attention to consumer savings.The concept of cosumption or do not fit the consumer market the concept as long-term stable development of the market economic system in the future syudy.From the teansfor-mation of the courrent years the consumption data,analyze the characteristics of irrational consumer behavior and the effect of macro-economic growth as a basis for development with non-rotional consumption,in terms of policy number of recom-mendations on governance.
