摘要 为更加直观有效的显示技术的成熟度状态,提出了一种基于模糊的技术成熟度可视化方法。该方法以现有的基于技术完备度等级的技术成熟度评价方法为基础,利用模糊理论的方法对其进行改进,将"是-否"满足技术成熟度评价细则特征的评价结果,模糊化为满足评价细则特征的技术状态值。根据所获取的技术在各项评价细则特征上的状态分布值,建立技术成熟度状态分布图。实验结果表明,技术成熟度状态分布图可以清晰的展现技术在发展过程中所处的具体状态。 For a more intuitive and effective display of state of the technology maturity,a fuzzy theory-based visualization method of technology maturity is proposed.The method applies fuzzy theory to improve the technology maturity evaluation method based on technology readiness level.The evaluation result of "yes or no" to meet the technical characteristics of maturity evaluation is improve to technology status value of the technology to meet the technical characteristic by fuzzy theory.According to the technology status value of the technology to meet the technical characteristic,the status distributing of technology maturity is established.Experimental results show that the status distributing figure can demonstrate the specific state of technology in the development process clearly.
