Sketches the concepts of risk and risk group of large construction project,describes the risk analysis model of WBS-RBS combined matrix.Taking the Haixinsha project for Guangzhou Asia Game as a case,describes the method to establish a risk analysis matrix for large group construction project by this model,and evaluates the model according to the practical application effect.
