Prequalification is the first key step that the construction enterprises strive for project implementation.Based on the importance and review factors of prequalification,this paper analyses emphatically the details and problems in the preparation of prequalification documents that the construction enterprises should pay attention to,hoping to be reference for other construction enterprises.
