P38与JNK在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨在肾透明细胞癌中丝裂原活化蛋白激酶P38(p38MAPK,p38)和c-Jun氨基末端激酶(c-Jun N-terminal kinase,JNK)的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,研究癌旁正常组织(20例)、肾透明细胞癌组织(52例)中P38和JNK蛋白的表达情况。结果:P38和JNK在肾透明细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为75.00%和63.49%,而在癌旁正常组织中阳性表达率分别为30.00%和25.00%。P38和JNK在肾透明细胞癌中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.001和P<0.05),与肿瘤的临床TNM分期、病理分化相关(P<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。对肾透明细胞癌中P38和JNK进行相关性分析呈正相关(r=0.484,P<0.001)。结论:在肾透明细胞癌中P38和JNK的表达高于癌旁组织,且与肿瘤的临床TNM分期、病理分化相关,提示P38和JNK与肾组织癌变、侵袭和转移过程有关。 Objective:To explore the expressions and clinical significance of P38 and JNK in renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC).Methods:The immunohistochemical method was performed to detect expression of p38 and JNK in 52 cases of RCCC and 20 cases of normal renal tissues closely adjacent to carcinoma.Results:The positive expression rate of p38 was 75.00% in RCCC and 30.00% in normal renal tissues closely adjacent to carcinoma.The positive expression rate of JNK was 63.49% in RCCC and 25.00% in normal renal tissues closely adjacent to carcinoma.The positive expression rates of p38 and JNK in RCCC were significantly higher than those in normal renal tissues closely adjacent to carcinoma(P0.05 and P=0.03).Among the RCCC cases,the rate of positive expression of p38 and JNK was closely related to the pathological grade and clinical stage(P0.05).There was no significant correlation between the positive expression rate of p38 and JNK with other clinicopathologic features including gender and age(P0.05).There was a positive correlation between p38 expression and JNK expression(r=0.484,P0.001).Conclusion:The positive expression rates of p38 and JNK in RCCC were significantly higher than those in normal renal tissues closely adjacent to carcinoma.Among the RCCC cases,the rate of positive expression of p38 and JNK was closely related to pathological grade and clinical stage.P38 and JNK are involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of RCCC.
