低位直肠癌保肛手术加放疗26例临床疗效观察

Clinical effective observation of sphincter preserving surgery plus radiotherapy in 26 cases of low rectal cancer

目的:探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术前进行放疗的临床疗效。方法:对我院26例低位直肠癌患者采用放疗联合保肛手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:放疗后53.8%(14/26)的患者肿瘤分期降级,手术保肛率达84.6%。术后随访12个月以上,3.8%(1/26)患者复发死亡。结论:低位直肠癌术前放疗有助于提高肿瘤切除率和保肛成功率,延长患者生存时间,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of radiotherapy before sphincter preserving surgery in low rectal cancer.Methods：The clinical data of 26 patients with low rectal cancer treated with sphincter preserving surgery plus radiotherapy in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results：53.8% of tumor stage was downgraded after radiotherapy.The rate of sphincter preserving was 84.6%.All patients were followed up for more than 12 months.Only 1 case died of recrudescence.Conclusion：Preoperative radiotherapy in low rectal cancer is conduce to increase the resection rate of tumor and the success rate of sphincter preserving surgery and is worth for generalization.
