恙螨与恙虫病立克次体的系列研究 被引量:3

摘要 恙虫病是由感染恙螨幼虫叮咬人体传入恙虫病立克次体所致的急性传染病。地里纤恙螨和小板纤恙螨分别为我国南方和北方的主要传播媒介。近年来,新、旧流行区的恙虫病陆续发生、疫情上升。本课题系为进一步控制恙虫病的流行,对我国主要媒介地里纤恙螨的一些生物学特征和恙虫病立克次体进行了系列研究,包括:①地里纤恙螨射线诱发突变、种株杂交、种株染色体与氨基酸测定;②恙螨人工接种恙虫病立克次体及其阳性恙螨模型的建立;③恙螨体内恙虫病立克次体的分离、检测及其效果;④恙螨、鼠宿主和患者体内恙虫病立克次体动态及其传病关系;⑤恙螨、鼠宿主和患者体内恙虫病立克次体株型特异性基因序列的扩增。 Tsutsugamushi disease is caused by Rickettsia tsutsugamushithrough the bite of vector chigger mite on human. Leptotrombidium deliense is the vector of tsutsugamushi disease in the south of China, and L. scutellare in the north. In recent years, the cases of tsutsugamushi disease is increasing in epidemic area. For controlling the prevalence of scrub typhus, we have a series studies on biological characteristics of trombiculid mites and R. tsutsugamushi. The contents include: ① 60 Co gamma rays on induced mutations of L. deliense; hybridization culture; karyotype and of trombiculid; detection and analysis on trmbiculid amino acid; ② Inoculation of R. tsutsugamushi on trombiculid mites and establishment of R. Tsutsugamushi positive model of L. deliense; ③ Isolating and detecting R. tsutsugamushi from trombiculid mites; ④ Dynamic state of R. tsutsugamushi in trombiculid mites and its effect on transmition of disease; ⑤ Amplification, cloning and identification of gene of R. tsutsugamushi.
