血清瘦素及胰岛素水平检测在肝硬化中的临床意义

Study of significance of leptin and insulin level in liver cirrhosis

目的:探讨乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者血清瘦素水平和空腹胰岛素水平及两者间的关系。方法:乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者和对照组各42例,分别测定血清瘦素水平、空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素浓度。结果:肝硬化组患者瘦素和空腹胰岛素水平高于对照组(P<0.01);肝硬化患者肝功能Child-Pugh分级与血清瘦素之间无相关性(P>0.05);各组患者的血清瘦素水平和空腹血糖和胰岛素呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:肝硬化患者的血清瘦素水平明显升高。

Objective To investigate the leptin level,the fasting insulin level and their correlation in cirrhosis patients.Method The leptin level,the fasting insulin level and fasting glucose level were d etected in the cirrhosis group（n=42） and the normal group（n=42）. Results The leptin and fasting gl ucose levels in the cirrhosis group were higher than those in the normal group（ P0.01）.There were positive correlations among the leptin level and the fa st ing insulin level and insulin resistance index,but there was no statistical dif ference in different Child-Pugh class of cirrhosis and leptin level.Conclusion The leptin levels in cirrho sis patients are increased.
