摘要 目的:探讨低温等离子治疗肥厚性鼻炎的临床体会。方法:回顾性分析150例肥厚性鼻炎患者的临床资料。结果:治疗组78例患者,经低温等离子射频消融治疗,总有效率为96.15%,对照组72例患者,经微波治疗,总有效率为86.11%。两组患者的临床总有效率经统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子治疗肥厚性鼻炎临床疗效确切,值得推广使用。 Objective To discuss the effect of temperature-controlled plasma radiofequeney in the trea tment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Method The clinical data of 150 patients with hypertrophic rhinitis admitted in out hospital in recent years were retrospectively analyzed. Results The treatment group(78 p atients) was treated with the low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation the rapy,the total effective rate was 96.15%,and the control group(72 patients) w as treated with the microwave treatment,the total effective rate was 86.11%.T he difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was significant( P0.05).Conclusion L ow temperature plasma treating hypertrophic rhinitis has good clinical curative ef fect,is worth popularizing.
