浙西南山区留守子女学业教育现状及对策分析

摘要 农村留守子女教育备受关注。调查发现,浙西南山区留守子女学习缺"导"、心理缺"疏"、生活缺"助"、亲情缺"慰"、安全缺"护",其影响因素主要是父母的观念、学校和社会努力的缺位以及隔代抚养方式等。笔者提出了相关对策:即充分发挥农村学校对农村留守子女教育的主渠道作用;强化农村留守子女家庭的监护意识和教育责任;建立农村社区的留守子女教育和监护体系;强化政府对公共教育的责任,政府应有更大作为。 Much attention has been paid to leftover children's education.The survey shows that leftover children in mountain areas in southwest of Zhejiang province are lack of,instructions in studies,counseling in psychology,assistances in lives,caring and comforts from parents.Influencing factors mainly include the parents' thoughts,vacuum of efforts from schools and society,and raising ways of grandparents.The research group raises countermeasures,i.e.to help rural schools play an arterial role on leftover children's education;to strengthen care consciousness and education responsibilities of the leftover children families,to establish education and guardianship systems for leftover children in rural communities,and to strengthen government's responsibilities on public education.
