摘要
以柚皮为原料,采用超声波辅助提取柚皮水溶性膳食纤维,通过单因素实验和正交试验优化提取条件。确定最佳工艺条件为pH3,料液比1∶16(g/mL),时间30m in,温度65℃,超声波功率280W。在此条件下,柚皮水溶性膳食纤维的提取率达76.97%,含量达79.45%。
Soluble Dietary Fiber from Pomelo Peel were extracted by the aid of ultrasonic wave and the extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments in this study.The optimal extraction condition were: pH3,solid to liquid ratio 1:16(g/mL),extraction time 30min,temperute 65℃ and power of ultrasonic 280w.Under this condition,the recovery rate was 76.97% and the contents was 79.45%.
