结直肠高级别上皮内瘤变的临床意义探讨 被引量：1

摘要 2000年WHO对胃肠道癌前病变和癌的诊断名称、定义以及标准作了一些新的规定,以上皮内瘤变（intrapithelial neoplasia, IN）取代了既往使用的异型增生和原位癌,并应用到胃肠道上皮癌前病变的诊断中[1].
