冠状动脉侧支循环的相关研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 冠状动脉侧支循环具有保护冠状动脉狭窄后缺血心肌的作用, 侧支循环的及时形成和开放, 可以代偿性提供血流, 从而减轻心肌缺血、防止细胞坏死、预防和延缓缺血性心脏病和室壁瘤的形成、减轻冠状动脉再通后的反应性充血, 对顿抑和冬眠心肌有支持作用, 增加侧支循环能减少冠状动脉闭塞后心肌梗死的数量.现对冠状动脉侧支循环的相关研究进展作一综述.
