口腔组织补片修复口腔颊黏膜缺损的应用体会

目的：探讨口腔组织补片（脱细胞真皮基质（ADM）在口腔颊黏膜缺损修复中的应用效果.方法：对24例由于不同原因所致的口腔颊黏膜缺损的患者行组织补片移植修复,观察其愈合及修复效果.结果：术后经3～12个月随访,24例患者均获满意效果,无感染、坏死等并发症.结论：口腔组织补片具有来源充足,组织相容性好,手术操作简单,损伤小,易成活等特点,修复效果满意,是理想的口腔软组织缺损的修复材料.

Objective：To evaluate theoraltissue patch（acellular dermal matrix（ADM）in thebuccalmucosadefectsinthe application ofresults. Methods..24cases due todifferentcausesofbuccalmucosal defectin patients withtissue patchgraftto observe thehealing andre- pairing effect. Results： After3to 12 monthsafterfollow- up, 24 patientsweresatisfied with the results, no infection, necrosisand other complications. Conclusion： Oraltissue patchhasenough supply, histocompatibilitygood, simple operation, damage, easy to survive, etc. ,satisfaetoryrepairis the idealoral softtissue defects inmaterials.
