主动脉壁间血肿23例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 主动脉壁间血肿（IMH）是指血肿位于主动脉管壁内，没有内膜撕裂口，导致主动脉管壁的局限性增厚，是一种特殊类型的主动脉夹层，也被认为是典型主动脉夹层的前期病变。主动脉壁间血肿临床症状与主动脉夹层相似，但其影像学表现及发病机制不同于主动脉夹层。国内目前关于主动脉壁间血肿的临床分析较少，
