间苯三酚在宫腔镜下宫腔分粘术的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的：观察间苯三酚静脉注射在妇女宫腔分粘术中的作用.方法：间苯三酚组25例宫腔镜分粘术妇女术前10分钟静脉注射间苯三酚40mg;米索前列醇组21例宫腔镜分粘术妇女术前2小时口服米索前列醇400ug.结果：间苯三酚组宫颈充分软化19例（76%）米索前列醇组16例（76.19%）,两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）.间苯三酚组无明显副反应;米索前列醇组阴道流血2例,下腹胀痛5例.结论：宫腔镜分粘术静注间苯三酚为一种起效快、副反应少的软化宫颈方法.
