多发脑梗死性痴呆患者的临床护理分析

目的：探讨多发脑梗死性痴呆患者的护理方法以提高护理质量.方法：将我院2008年～2010年间收治的90例多发脑梗死性痴呆患者随机均分为两组,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理基础上加以心理护理、饮食护理等措施,对比两组患者的满意度等以确定护理效果.结果：研究组护理效果显著优于对照组P〈0.01,研究组患者满意率57.78%,对照组患者满意率为95.56%,比较差异均显著,具有统计学意义.结论：在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理措施可以显著提高对多发脑梗死性痴呆患者的护理质量,值得在临床上推广应用.

Conclusion： ：Performs the psychological nursing measure in the conventional nursing foundation to be possible obviously to enhance to sends the brain stem rigidity stupid patient＇s nursing quality, is worth in on promoting the application clinically.
