Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌中p21ras的表达与DNA含量的研究

Evaluation of p21ras expression and quantitative measurement of DNA content in stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma

目的：探讨Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌ｐ２１ｒａｓ 表达及ＤＮＡ 含量。方法：ＡＢＣ免疫组化法及流式细胞术。结果：随组织学分级增高ｐ２１ｒａｓ表达率增高（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），ＤＮＡ 异倍体率亦增加（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。异倍体子宫内膜癌中ｐ２１ｒａｓ阳性表达率（８２．３５％ ）较二倍体子宫内膜癌（３０．７７％ ）高（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：提示ｐ２１ｒａｓ作为子宫内膜癌预后参数的可能性。

Objective:To study p21ras expression and quantitative measurement of DNA content in stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma.Methods:ABC immunohistochemical technique and flow cytometry were used.Results:①The postivie rate of p21ras expression and DNA content obviously increased with the degree of tumor differentiation.②The positive rate of p21ras expression was higher in endometrial carcinoma with DNA aneuplioid than in that with DNA diploid ( P <0 05).Conclusion:Our data indicate that it is possible for p21ras to be a new prognostic parameter.Expecially,analysis of two parameters (p21ras expression and DNA content) will provide an effective evaluation for the prognosis of stage Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma.
