目的：探讨超声诊断胎儿软骨发育不全的声像图特征和临床意义。方法：应用GE—V730型超声诊断仪，线阵探头，频率3．5MHz。取仰卧位t于腹部做各方向扫查超声征象。结果：胎儿四肢长骨粗短，胸廓狭小，腹部膨隆是胎儿软骨发育不全的主要声像图表现。结论：超声诊断胎儿软骨发育不全是首先方法之一，是优生优育的前提保证。

Objeettve： To evaluate the features of the Sonographic of fetal achondroplasia using the Ultrasound fetal cartilage and the clinieal significance. Methods：The GE--V730--type ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus：linear array probe,frequency of S. 5MHz. u- sing Supine position, we scan ultrasound signs in all directions In the abdomen. Resnlts： Are Fetal long bone are short,thorax is nar- row abdomen are Ectasia which arethe major sonography with fetal achondroplasia. Conclusion：To diagnosis fetal aehondroplasia Ul- trasound is on. e of the first method,and it is the Premise guarantee for prenatal and postnatal care
