脑组织提取液对体外培养雪旺氏细胞影响的观察

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECT OF THE BRAIN TISSUE EXTRACT ON THE SCHWANN CELLS IN VITRO

目的 :了解脑组织提取液对体外培养雪旺氏细胞的影响。方法 :酶消化法培养的雪旺氏细胞分为对照组和加脑组织提取液组 ,对细胞形态和数量进行观察比较。结果 :体外培养的雪旺氏细胞在加入脑组织提取液后细胞增殖加快 ,并出现细胞突起细长 (为对照组的 2～ 3倍 )、互相延伸等形态学改变。结论 :雪旺氏细胞在接触脑组织提取液后 ,表现为细胞增殖加快 ,突起生长明显的功能活跃状态。

Objective: To determine and evaluate the effect of the brain tissue extract on the Schwann Cells in vitro. Methods: Schwann cells cultures from sciatic of 1-to 3-day-old rat by trypsin and collagen digesting. Divide the SC into two groups: contrast group and brain tissue extract added group. Observe and compare the shape and quantity of the cells. Results: The proliferation of SC in vitro is increased after they were added with brain tissue extract, and the morphology change also happens: the cells' prominence extend (2-3 times as long as cells of the contrast group). Conclusions: When contacted with brain tissue extract, the static SC turn to functionally active state.It suggested that the 'activating signal' may be in the brain tissue extract.
