无失效数据失效概率的综合估计

The Synthesize estimation of Reliability Parameter of Zero-Failure Data

本文对指数分布的无失效数据(ti,ni),给出了参数λ的最小二乘估计以及失效概率pi=p{T<ti}的Bayes估计,并在引进失效信息后给出了pm+1(r)=p{T<tm+1}的Bayes估计和综合估计,从而可以得到无失效数据的失效率和可靠度的综合估计.

In the paper,Least squares estimation of parameter and Bayesian estimation of failure probability pi=p{Tti} of Zero-failure data（ti,ni）of exponential distribution are come out.After introducing failure information,Bayesian estimation and Synthesize estimation of pm＋1（r）=p{Ttm＋1} are come out.Then the failure data and reliability Synthesize estimation of Zero— failure data were come out.
