气缸盖在联接螺栓采用不同拆装顺序时的有限元结构分析

摘要 利用三维建模软件Solidworks对气缸盖、气缸体和联接螺栓进行了三维实体建模,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对模型进行了网格划分,确定了有限元分析模型的边界条件.计算分析了气缸盖联接螺栓采用不同的拆装顺序时,气缸盖的应力分布和变形情况.通过结果比对,得到了联接螺栓合理的拆装顺序,对发动机维修质量的保证有一定的参考价值和指导意义. Using 3D modeling software Solidworks,the three dimensional model of the cylinder head,the cylinder block and cylinder bolts are constructed,ANSYS Workbench software is used to meshed,and the boundary condition of the finite element analysis model are determined.Calculated and analyzed the deformation and stress distribution of the cylinder head in different disassembly and assembly orders.The result are compared to obtain the reasonable disassembly order,with a certain significance of reference and guidance to guaranteeing quality of Automobile motor maintenance.
