摘要 目的:通过检测尿液中有形成分和生化指标协助诊断肾脏疾病.方法:采用普通显微镜和特殊显微镜对尿液成分进行具体的观察同时应用UF50全自动尿液分析仪对尿液的成分及电导率的检测,进行系统的分析,分类汇总,绘制统计学曲线.结果:通过显微镜观察、干化学及UF50三方面综合检测尿液,检测效果优于单方面对尿液的检测更加准确快速的诊断肾脏疾病.结论:通过三种方法的优势互补可以提高尿液检测的特异性和准确度,更有利于支持临床诊断. Objective: To study the diagnosis of kidney disease by detecting the formed elements and biochemical indicator in Urine.Methods:Studying the component of urine with common microscope and special microscope.Then drawing statistics curve of component and conductivity of urine with UF50 Urine Analyzer.Results Detecting effectiveness with microscope,urinedry chemistry method and UF50 has an advantage to one method to exactly diagnose kidney disease.Conclusions :increasing Specificity and Accuracy of detecting urine with microscope,urinedry chemistry method and UF50,and providing basis of clinical diagnosis.
