摘要
中国重型机械研究院有限公司为国内某钢厂成套的1450mm五机架全连续冷轧机组是国内第一条自主设计、自主制造完全国产化的现代化大型冷连轧机组。本文介绍了该连轧机组的工艺流程、主要技术参数和技术特点等。该机组采用了上料双系统、国产自动闪光对焊、一车一卷扬六层式水平活套、八套CPC高精度纠偏等设备,厚控系统采用了前馈控制、反馈控制、监控控制、机架间张力闭环控制等先进厚度控制技术。投产以来,该机组运行稳定可靠,控制精度高,产品质量优异。
1450 mm 5-stand tandem cold mill (TCM) developed independently by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co. Ltd for a steel plant in China is the first set of high-speed TCM designed and manufactured in China. The process flow, characteristics and main technological parameters of TCM are presented in this paper. The equipment adopts a double feed system, automatic flash welder, six layer type level loop, eight sets of high-precision CPC, etc. AGC system adopts advanced thickness control technologies, such as feedforward control, feedback control and tension close-loop control. Since TCM has been put into production, it has worked smoothly. The accuracy and quality of its products are excellent.
