摘要
本文分析了可逆冷轧过程中带钢跑偏的各种原因:来料带钢的厚度不均、设备安装精度偏差、工艺的不合理等因素都会导致带钢跑偏。论述了转向辊、夹送辊、张力辊,轧制线调整不水平,两卷取机卷筒不平行等因素对带钢跑偏的影响。并提出解决措施:保证辊子圆柱表面制造精度和机组安装精度,定期检修;增大张力,选择合理成熟的轧制工艺;设定合理的工艺润滑量等,为同类型跑偏问题提供参考。
Various reasons of strip deviation in the rolling process of reversible cold rolling mill are analyzed. The result indictes that the uneven thiekness of incoming strip, accuracy error of equipment installation, anreasonable progress and other factors can lead to the strip deviation. The influence of various the:tots such as shift of rollers, pinch rollers and tension rollers, rolling line maladjustment, and unparallel eoiler reels on the strip centring are discussed. The proposed solutions are to ensure the manufacturing precision of the roller cylindrical surface, accuracy of the unit installation and regular maintenance; increase tension; choose the mature rolling process; and set a reasonable amount of lubrication.
