煤炭企业资源整合重组的思考

针对煤炭资源整合重组问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了煤炭企业资源重组的动机、整合秩序等,提出煤炭资源整合重组的整合原则、整合方式和整合程序,研究结果对提高煤炭企业资源整合效果和煤炭企业的经济效益有指导意义。

n view of coal resource integration and recombination,an inductive analysis was made of the recombi-nation＇s motivation and order.Principles,methods and procedures of resource recombination were pointed out.Results are useful to improve the recombination effect and economic benefit of coal enterprises in China.
