Improvement of legal relief system of administrative investigation

在行政管理活动中,行政机关行使行政调查权违法或不当,可能影响行政相对人的合法权益。因此,有必要赋予行政相对人相应的法律救济权利。针对现行行政调查法律救济的立法与实践现状,从行政调查法律救济途径的角度,对行政调查法律救济制度进行探讨。

In the administrative management activities,administrative organs＇ illegal or improper administrative investigation may affect the legal interests of the administrative counterpart.Therefore,it is necessary to provide the administrative counterpart with relative legal relief rights.Based on the current legislation and practice of administrative investigation,relief system of administrative investigation was studied from legal relief ways.
