摘要
针对出口企业劳动者权利安排问题,采用问卷分析的方法,对大连50家出口企业劳动者进行调查,分析了《劳动合同法》实施后企业劳动者权利安排的情况,调查表明,劳动者在获取劳动报酬、缴纳社会保险等方面存在诸多问题,提出加大社会保险检查力度、提升社会组织权的作用等措施,研究结果对解决劳动纠纷,建立和谐企业劳动关系有指导作用。
In view of problems of labors’ right arrangement in export enterprises,survey analysis was adopted to investigate 50 export enterprises in Dalian.Analyses were made of the situation of labor’s right arrangement after the issue of Labor Contract.It shows that there are still many problems in labors' getting remuneration,paying social insurance,and so on.Suggestions were offered to strengthen the supervision of social insurance and to promote the role of social organiztion right and all.The result will guide the solution of labor disputes and the establishment of a harmonious enterprise labor relationship.
