提高女大学生职业化素养路径

Ways for promoting female college students’professionalised literacy

针对女大学生就业难问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了女大学生就业难的原因,提出了女大学生要尽可能缩短自己的职业适应期,树立正确的情感和心态,培养社会需要的职业能力等增强职业化素养的途径。研究结果对提高女大学生职业素养具有指导意义。

In view of the employment difficulty among female college students,induction analysis was made for its reasons.Ways for students to enhance professional literacy were provided： shortening profesional adaptation period,developing positive emotion and mind,cultivationg professional literacy needed in society,and enhancing professional ability.Resutls are of guiding significance to improving professional literacy of female college students.
