彭式解剖器在乳癌根治术中的使用效果

The application of Peng's multifunctional operative dissector in the radical operation of mastocarcinoma

目的探讨彭式解剖器在乳癌根治手术中运用效果。方法将2009年5～9月份行乳癌根治术患者48例,随机分为2组,每组24例。实验组在术中采用彭式解剖器,对照组在术中采用传统高频电刀,对两组患者在术中使用的电刀功率,手术持续时间和术中出血量的差异进行对比分析。结果实验组使用的电刀功率明显比对照组使用电刀功率低(P<0.01)。但是,实验组术中出血量和手术持续时间均比对照组短(P<0.01)。结论采用彭式解剖器在乳癌根治术中具用减少术中出血、降低对组织的热损伤、缩短手术时间、同时对手术人员有保护作用,有利于手术顺利开展。

Objective To investigate the value of Peng＇s multifunctional operative dissector （PMOD） in the radical operation of mastocarcinoma. Methods Totally 48 cases were included,which were randomly divided into two groups and each group has 24 cases. PMOD was usded in the experimental group and traditional high frequency electro operative dissector was used in the control group. The power of the operative dissector and the time of surgery and blood lose were compared. Results The power of PMOD in experimental group was lower than the control group（P〈0.01）,The time of surgery and blood lose were less than control group（P〈0.01）. Colaclusions The blood lose and operation time could be significantly decreased by using PMOD in the radical operation of mastocarcinoma compared with using the traditional high frequency electro surgical unit and the heat injury also can be decreased. PMOD gives a good protection to the surgeons and nurses and makes the surgery carried out successfully.
