摘要
从提高馆员队伍的素质、加强馆藏图书和电子资源的建设、充分发挥网络功能、创新读者服务工作、树立新的管理服务理念等方面,探讨了新时期高校图书馆做好读者服务工作的思路。
This paper probes into some ideas for doing well the service for readers of college library in the new period from aspects of improving the quality of librarian team,strengthening library's books and electronic resources,giving full play to network's functions,and innovating the service for readers,etc.
