摘要
王庄煤矿主斜井提升主要担负着630水平煤层生产原煤的提升任务。驱动系统采用双滚筒分别驱动,配置3台功率相同电机,原设计运输能力500t/h。通过对胶带、传动系统、启动系统和制动系统的优化配置,使输送系统得到整体优化,达到了900t/h的运输能力,满足了王庄煤矿创建集约高效矿井的需要。
The conveying system in main inclined shaft of Wangzhuang Coal Mine undertakes the task of hoisting the raw coal produced in 630 horizontal coal seam,the driving system of which adopts double-drum driving respectively,allocated with three motors with the same power.The original design conveying capacity is 500 t/h.The optimization of the allocation of the belt,transmission system,starting system and braking system makes the conveying system get the whole optimization with the conveying capacity of 900 t/h,meeting the needs of Wangzhuang Coal Mine in constructing an intensive and high-effective mine.
