通过对住宅工程质量投诉案例的数据分析,找出了质量问题的形成原因及投诉处理的难点,并提出了解决质量投诉问题的建议与对策。
based on the analysis of case data of residential engineering quality, find out the reason of quality problems occurred and difficult points in dealing with the appeals, and proposed the suggestion and countermeasures about solving the problems of quality appeals.
