摘要
目的 了解雌激素缺乏时正畸牙周组织的改建特征 ,为临床正畸提供部分实验依据。方法 本实验选用 3月龄健康雌性SD大鼠 (SpragueDawley) 5 6只 ,随机分成实验组 (切除双侧卵巢复制雌激素缺乏模型 )和对照组 (假手术 ) ,分别进行实验性正畸牙齿移动 ,测量正畸牙齿移动的距离并进行组织学观察。结果 雌激素缺乏组大鼠正畸牙齿移动速度明显快于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。组织学结果表明 ,雌激素缺乏时 ,牙槽骨代谢转换加快 ,大鼠卵巢切除 4 2d后出现广泛性骨质疏松化表现 ,牙周组织修复能力降低。结论 雌激素缺乏时的正畸牙齿移动是一种伴随严重牙周损害的病理过程 ,提示其正畸牙周组织改建有其本身的特殊性 。
Objective To observe the chracteristics of periodontal tissue remodelling during orthodontic tooth movement in ovariectomized rats. Methods Fifty-six Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The same appliances with 40 gram forces were placed onto all rats and the distances of tooth movement were measured and periodontal tissues were studied histologically. Results The speed of tooth movement in ovariectomized rats was faster than that in controls (P<0.01). Under the condition of estrogen deficiency,there was extensive osteoporosis in jaw bone of ovariectomized rats, especially on day 42 post-ovariectomy. Conclusions Under the condition of estrogen deficiency, the orthodontic tooth movement is a process with severe pathologic injury, so that weak and gentle force is acceptible, and the remodelling of periodontal tissue should be carefuflly supervised.
