摘要
在膨胀石墨烟火剂燃烧试验的基础上,通过分析反应过程,发现了反应稳定阶段膨胀石墨火焰流初速的影响因素;利用量纲分析法,得出了初速与壳体内压强、生成混合物密度的函数关系;通过对壳体内压强和生成混合物密度进行分析计算,最终得出了反应稳定阶段膨胀石墨火焰流初速公式,与验证试验结果相比,该公式计算结果误差小于5%。
Based on the burning experiment of oxpandable graphite, the influence factors of the rate of expanded graphite blaze stream were found through analyzing the reaction process, and then the function relation among the rate, the dynamic pressure and mixture density was obtained using dimensional method. At last the rate formula of the expanded graphite blaze stream was fotmded through adding calculation of the dynamic pressure and density of reaction mixture. Compared to the verified test results, the error of calculation results of the rate formula was lower than 5%.
