摘要
为了研究火炸药的安全性能,建立了用于火炸药危险性评估的猎枪试验系统。系统中的发射装置采用气体炮代替猎枪作为发射弹丸的激励源,配以实时速度测量系统和弹丸撞击、回收系统。通过建立的弹丸发射装置,在不同速度水平下,用模拟弹丸进行发射试验。结果表明:发射速度在250m/s以内时,装置最大测量误差小于2%;设计的弹托分离系统能有效地将弹丸与弹托分离;装置的性能优良,工作安全可靠,操作维修方便,发射速度在250m/s以内可以进行调节,各项技术指标达到了设汁要求。
To research the security of explosive, shot gun test system for danger estimate of explosive is established. The launch device in shot gun test uses gas gun to launch projectile as a driving source instead of shot gun, with real velocity measurement system, projectile hitting and recovery system. Simulation projectile is used in the launch test by the established projectile launch device on different speed levels. Results indicated that when the launch speed is lower than 250m/s, the maximum measurement error of the device is less than 2%. The designed sabot separation system can separate the projectile from the sabot efficiently. The performance of the device is excellent, the work environment is safe and dependable, the operation and the maintenance is convenient, the launch speed can be adjusted when it is lower than 250m/s and every technical index meets the design requirements.
