Design and Application of A New Fiber Detonation Velocity Meter

摘要 设计了一种新型光纤爆速仪,利用光纤作为传感器,采用FPGA进行信号处理,提高了爆速仪的测试精度,简化了系统调试,并采用BSZ-1型智能单段爆速仪与所设计的光纤爆速仪对塑料导爆索的爆速进行了对比测试。试验证明:该光纤爆速仪具有测试精度高、性能稳定、结果可靠、操作简单等优点。 A new fiber detonation velocity meter is proposed. The fiber is adopted as the semor, and by using FPGA processing the signals, the measuring precision of the detonation velocity meter is enhanced and the system debugging is simplified. The detonation velocity of the plastic detonating cord was tested by BSZ-1 detonation velocity meter and fiber detonation velocity meter for comparison. The test results demonsUated the advantages of the meter, such as high measuring precision, stable performance, reliable results and simple manipulation.
