简述了新书管理模式对馆藏建设的意义,从读者服务、馆藏更新以及管理制度3个不同的角度对两种主要的新书管理模式进行了对比分析,并针对新书管理的实际工作给出了以下经验启示:建立动态馆藏管理模式,通过与读者的互动收集读者意见反馈,实现个性化的新书推荐服务。

This paper expounds the significance of new books management pattern on library＇s collection construction,and from three different angles of reader service,collection renewal and management system,makes comparative analysis on two major new book management patterns,and in the light of actual works of new book management,puts forward some experiences and enlightenments：establishing a dynamic management pattern for library collection,collecting readers＇ feedback through the interaction with readers,and realizing personalized recommendation of new books.
