分析了高职农业院校的特征、工学结合人才培养的特点以及工学结合模式下高职农业院校图书馆的用户需求,提出了工学结合模式下高职农业院校图书馆在文献信息资源建设、特色化文献信息服务、个性化参考咨询服务和提高馆员综合素质等方面创新的举措,以期为图书馆创新服务提供参考。

This paper analyzes the features of higher agricultural vocational college,the features of talents cultivation on working-learning integrated mode,and the readers＇ demands of the library of higher agricultural vocational college,and puts forward some measures for the innovation of the library of higher agricultural vocational college in aspects of literature information resource construction,characteristic literature information service,personalized reference service,and improvement of librarians＇ comprehensive quality,etc.for providing references for library＇s service innovation.
