摘要
根据高校毕业生就业状态评估具有多维性、模糊性和不确定性的特点,应用层次分析法(AHP)对高校毕业生就业状态进行了定量的多因素综合评价。通过对评价指标的重要性程度进行分析,指出了影响高校毕业生就业状态的关键因素,并据此针对性地提出了相关对策与建议。
According to the features of the evaluation on university students' employment status such as the multi-dimension,fuzziness and uncertainty,this paper makes a quantitative and multi-factor analysis on employment status of university graduates by using AHP,and through the analysis on the Importance degree of the evaluation indexes,points out some key factors influencing employment status of university graduates,and based on this,puts forward some solutions.
