hRFT1基因单核苷酸多态性与新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌中hRFT1基因rs346821多态性位点基因型及等位基因型的分布。探讨hRFT1基因多态性与新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌的相关性。方法:(1)运用基质辅助激光解析电离时间飞行质谱仪(MALDI-TOF-MS)对206例哈萨克族食管鳞癌及217例哈萨克族正常对照的hRFT1基因多态性分布进行检测;(2)采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计学处理,计算对照组基因型频率以确定符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,组间基因型及等位基因型分布频率比较采用χ2检验。结果:(1)hRFT1基因rs346821位点A/G多态中G/G、A/G、A/A基因型频率在病例组别为18.6%、70.1%、11.3%,在对照组分别为45.5%、46.5%、8%,经检验差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.713,P=0.00);(2)hRFT1基因rs346821位点A/G多态中G、A等位基因频率在病例组分别为53.7%、46.3%,在对照组分别为68.8%、31.2%,经检验差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.061,P=0.00)。结论:hRFT1基因rs346821位点基因型及等位基因型与新疆哈萨克族食管鳞状细胞癌具有相关性。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),rs346821 of hRFT1 gene and susceptibilities of kazak ESCC of xin jiang province. Methods:This population-based case-control study included 206 patients with kazak ESCCs and 217 healthy controls.Polymorphisms of hRFT1 gene was analyzed by matrix assisted laser desorptionionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS).Statistical analysis of SNP of hRFT1 was by Chi-square test. Results:Genotype G/G、A/G、A/A frequencies of hRFT1 rs346821 in ESCC patients and healthy controls were 21.8%、38.1%、40.1%,19.8%、57.5%、22.7%,which had statistical significance(P〈0.05),allele G,A Frequencies of the hRFT1 rs346821 in ESCC patients and healthy controls were 53.7%、46.3% and 68.8%、31.2%,which had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion:loci rs346821 of hRFT1gene exists genetic polymorphism,its genotype and allele frequency in Kazak ESCC and healthy controls in Xinjing had statistical significance.
