摘要
目的 探讨铜尘、钨尘对石英致肺纤维化作用的影响。方法 采用大白鼠气管注入一次性染尘法对铜尘、钨尘与石英的联合作用进行了实验研究。结果 铜尘加石英尘及钨尘加石英尘实验组动物染尘后1 个月时,肺内病变为细胞性结节,而单纯石英对照组已达Ⅱ~Ⅲ级矽肺纤维化。结论 铜尘、钨尘均对石英致纤维化具有延缓作用。
Objective To expiore the effect of copper and Tungsten dust on fibrosis cases caused by direct with Quartz Methods Intracheal Instilation of Dust into rats was performed Results The results showed that The animals exposure to dust for one month which the pathological change of lung was cellular of nodule in copper and tungsten group and fibrosis reached grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ in quartz control group. Conclusion These findings suggest that copper and tungsten can delay the development of fibrosis caused by the direct contact with Quartz. [
