论检察技术在信息化中的地位和作用

Position and Role of Procuratorial Technology in Procuratorial Information

随着科学技术的日新月异,大量的刑事案件呈现出新的时代特征,检察技术所涉及的领域和手段在不断推广。通过对目前检察技术在检察院工作地位产生的异议提出了7点看法:不是重要业务部门;投资大、周期长、短期看不出效果;重复劳动;办理周期长和鉴定结果的可靠性;检察技术影响办案效果;对新兴技术缺乏信心;队伍力量薄弱,设备落后。并且总结了应重视检察技术在检察业务中的地位和作用。

With the rapid development of science and technology,a large number of criminal cases exhibit new characteristics of the times,and the areas and means concerned with procuratorial technology are constantly expanded.Based on the current status of procuratorial work,seven objections are listed：not an important business sector;with huge investment and long circle,no result in short period;repetition;long cycle and reliability of the identified result;effect of procuratorial technology on cases;lack of confidence on emerging technologies;weak team and obsolete equipment.The conclusion is drawn that much attention should be paid to the position and role of procuratorial technology in procuratorial business.
